Registration for the 5778 - 2017/18 school year is currently closed. Most of our classes are at or above capacity. When we receive your application you will be placed on a waiting list.

Cheder Chabad of Monsey admits students of any race, color, national,

Below are the tuition rates for the
5778 (2017-2018) School Year.

Registration Fee: Per Child (Non-refundable)*

* Please note: If you have an outstanding balance, registration will only be finalized once the amount owed is settled.

** Students not registered by April 27  are not guaranteed placement if their respective class reached maximum capacity.

*** To be eligible for the discount, ALL required forms must be completed and received, in addition to the payment of the registration fee, before the deadline.

Tuition Assistance Scholarship applications are available upon request.

*includes 2 ½ hours of UPK ($2,760 value) at no charge for residents of East Ramapo Central School District and Ramapo Central School District, who apply and are accepted by their district. All other parents may be entitled to tuition assistance to cover the 2 ½ hours, however, the Cheder reserves the right to offset such tuition assistance with any other private scholarships or government funding received by the Cheder on behalf of a particular PreK student.

Tuition notes:

  1. The school year is a 10 or 12 month billing program from August - May/July
  2. Payments must be set up using credit cards, ACH debit, post-dated checks.
  3. All credit card payments are subject to a 3% fee.  
  4. A $35 charge will be added to any account for each ACH Debit or check returned by the bank for any reason.
  5. Any inquiries regarding your account should be directed to the Accounting/Administration Office (845) 356-1213 ext 204.
  6. If it becomes necessary to withdraw a student from school, a two week notice is required. For withdrawal of any student(s) the parent or responsible party of the account must: (1) complete and sign a withdrawal form, and (2) bring tuition account current.
  7. Fees will be charged at all grade levels for trips that require bus or van transportation.
